Can I pay with a credit card?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 
Can I walk in and purchase materials on site?
Yes. We welcome walk-in visitors to the showroom to explore our range of products, get samples and make purchases.
Do you have a delivery fee?
There is a flat 3% of invoice fee added, which covers the fuel surcharge, packaging and freight.  
How often do you deliver?
We deliver every weekday and also offer customer pickup.

Yes! You can use the Room Visualizer on Formica.com to explore different surfacing looks. 
How do I open an account?
To open an account, send an email to SFL.SolutionsCenter@formica.com. You can also call the Customer Service line at 754-339-0001 or visit Formica.com and click register now to create an account.

What items do you stock?
We stock Formica® Laminate, Everform® Solid Surface, FENIX® Innovative Materials, Arpa™ Laminate, and TRESPA® TopLab®.
What’s the lead time for made-to-order (MTO) materials?
For Formica® Laminate that’s in stock at our Florida Solutions Center, an order placed before 3 p.m. on a weekday typically ships the following business day. If an item is not in stock, your rep will provide you with the lead time.
What’s the quickest way to receive samples?

If you need a small number of samples, you can visit our showroom or order them online using the instructions above. For a box or full set of samples, please contact the Florida Solutions Center Customer Service team at 754-339-0001.

Where can I obtain samples or view samples locally?

You can find product samples in our showroom or by contacting the Florida Solutions Center Customer Service team at 754-339-0001. Samples are also available by selecting a Formica® Laminate color or pattern on Formica.com and selecting ‘Order Free Sample.’

Where can I view local installations or a list of local references?
The showroom has examples of installed products . You can also explore the Where to Buy tool.
